A village climate actors network project, enabling all villages to urgently act on source climate-finance and partnerships. It’s an initiative of TEMBEA FUTURES INSTITUTE (TeFI) in partnership with PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES, implemented by UHAI INNOVATIONS. VillageCAN: a) Identifies stable but unjust equilibrium in climate sectors causing village exclusion b) develops unique climate-value propositions c) creates new stable equilibrium releasing trapped climate-potential. It’s inspired by 3 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) i.e. SDG3 on good-health and well-being, SDG13 on climate-action and SDG17 on partnerships for the Goals. It enables villages to: activate-markets, innovate own-source climate-finance, apprentice youth workforce, develop smart-enterprises, manage own-source climate-fund investments, and on-board strategic partners VillageCAN Project specifically enables all villages in every defined cluster of 2400 villages, usually a County Community to activate its market, finance, enterprise, skills, partners, and technology hence catalyze urgent action for own-source health and climate-finance. The goal is to unlock own-source climate-finance $15.3 million annually off 15,000 students and 240,000 households@$60 loyalties activated by 200 apprentice-mentors, 600 student-apprentices, 2400 climate-promoters
